Quest Margaret River caters for meetings and small conferences. Our meeting room accommodates up to 30 pax in theatre style seating, 30 pax workgroup set-up and 16 pax boardroom style.
The cost to hire the Meeting Room is $200 per day, and includes:
Room set up
Registration table at entrance
Iced water and mints for all delegates
Lectern
One flipchart with markers and butchers paper
Television
Overhead projector and screen
Multi-media available hire for an additional $300 per day
Half day charge can be negotiated.
Catering for morning tea, afternoon tea and lunch can be arranged to be provided on site.
